A family-owned lift manufacturer with the scale to handle nationwide projects and the attention to detail and customer service for local projects.
Our roots go back to 1974 and to our founder, Dave Butler. Over a long career, Dave worked with several of the top material handling and lift companies in the country. He came out of those decades with something few people in this industry have: manufacturing and design expertise, deep product knowledge across nearly every type of lifting equipment, sales experience on both sides of the table, and installation know-how from planning through permits, inspection and maintenance.
In 2008, Dave brought all of that under one roof and one name, and the blue wizard became our original logo. Since then, Wizard has grown into a full-service material handling company, but the wizard reminds us of where we started. Today Wizard is still owned and operated by Dave and his two sons, working alongside a dedicated team of fabricators and installation technicians who treat every job like their own name is on it.
